At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion should be effortless even when things don't go as planned. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items in their original condition.

Initiate Your Request

Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Affix the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
